Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Complaints) (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 14th November 1988.

Section 2

Regulation 13(2)(b) of the Police (Complaints) (General) Regulations 1985 shall be amended by substituting for the words “or deputy assistant commissioner” the words “, a deputy assistant commissioner or a commander”.
