Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Police Cadets (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1988.

Section 2

These Regulations shall come into force on 1st December 1988 and shall have effect for the purposes of regulation 3 as from 1st July 1987.

Section 3

The Police Cadets Regulations 1979 shall be amended as follows:

(a) in regulation 13(1)(a) for the words “1st September 1986” there shall be substituted the words “1st July 1987”;

(b) for the Table in Schedule 2 (scales of pay) there shall be substituted the following Table—
