Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and Other Reliefs) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 15th February 1988.

Section 2

From the coming into force of this Order, the Customs Duties (ECSC) (Quota and Other Reliefs) Order 1987 shall not apply to goods originating in the Republic of Korea.
