Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 21st November 1988.

The Education (Higher Education Corporations) (Amendment) Order 1988
Section 2
In article 2 of the Education (Higher Education Corporations) ( No. 2) Order 1988 after the words “a body corporate” there shall be added the words “by the name of the Winchester School of Art” and for the words “as the Winchester School of Art” there shall be substituted the words “by that name”.
Section 3
In article 2 of the Education (Higher Education Corporations) (No. 3) Order 1988 after the words “a body corporate” there shall be added the words “by the name of the Falmouth School of Art and Design” and for the words “as the Falmouth School of Art and Design” there shall be substituted the words “by that name”.
