Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules Approval Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st January 1989.

Section 2
The Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules 1988 made on 25th October 1988 by the Insurance Brokers Registration Council in exercise of their powers under section 8(2) of the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977 are hereby approved.
Section 3
The Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Registration and Enrolment) (Amendment) Rules Approval Order 1985 is hereby revoked.
