Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Seamen’s Wages and Accounts) (Fishing Vessels) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 26th December 1988.

Section 2Citation, commencement and interpretation
The Merchant Shipping (Seamen’s Wages and Accounts) (Fishing Vessels) Regulations 1972 shall be amended by substituting, in regulation 8, in both places, “£200” for “£50”.
