Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Highland Regional Council (Loch an t-Seana Bhaile) (Amendment) Water Order 1988 and shall come into force on 18th January 1988.

(2) This Order and the County of Ross and Cromarty (Loch an t-Seana Bhaile) Water Order 1962 (hereinafter referred to as Amendment of the principal Order

Section 2 Citation and commencement

In article 5(2)(a) of the principal Order for the expression “10,000 gallons” there shall be substituted the expression “103 cubic metres (22,600 gallons)” .

Section 3 Miscellaneous

The Highland Regional Council shall at all times after the expiration of six months from the date on which this Order comes into force keep a copy thereof at the office of the Chief Executive of the Council.
