Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Operators' Licences, Qualifications and Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 3rd January 1989.

Section 2

The Goods Vehicles (Operators' Licences, Qualifications and Fees) Regulations 1984 are hereby amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In regulation 35(1A)—

(a) for the words“on or after 1st May 1986” there shall be substituted“on or after 3rd January 1989”; and

(b) in sub-paragraph (a) for“£20” there shall be substituted“£60”.

Section 4

In regulation 35(1B)(b) for“£15” there shall be substituted“£60”.
