Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment (No.2) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 28th December 1988.

Section 2

The entry in column 2 of the Schedule to the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 1984 relating to the last date for the disposal by a valuation appeal committee of appeals and complaints mentioned in column 1 of that Schedule shall be amended by substituting for the words “31st December 1988” the words “30th June 1989”.
