Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Iron Casting (Scientific Research Levy) (Abolition) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 15th December 1988.

Section 2
The Iron Casting Industry (Scientific Research Levy) Order 1971 shall have effect as if in article 5 after the words “in each year” there were inserted the words “up to and including the levy period ending on 30th June 1990”.
