Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Capital Money) (Greater London) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 12th January 1989.

Section 2
The Local Government Reorganisation (Capital Money) (Greater London) Order 1988 is amended by the substitution of the words“£70 millions” for the words“£20 millions”—
(a) in the definition of“A” in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1; and
(b) in the definition of“R” in paragraph 2 of Schedule 3.
