The Price Marking (Petrol) (Amendment) Order 1988

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Price Marking (Petrol) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 23rd January 1989.

Section 2

The Price Marking (Petrol) Order 1980 is hereby amended—

(a) in article 4(2), by deleting the words “the premises are price display premises and”;

(b) by the deletion of article 7; and

(c) in paragraph 14(1) in Part III of the Schedule, by deleting the words “Article 7 or”.
