Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Transport Act 1985 (Commencement No. 6) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 31st December 1988.

Section 2
In article 3 of the Transport Act 1985 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1986 , for the words “1st January 1989” there shall be substituted the words “1st July 1989”.
