Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

Section 2

Regulation 3(1) of the Misuse of Drugs (Licence Fees) Regulations 1986( ) shall be amended as follows—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£324” there shall be substituted “£330”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£216” there shall be substituted “£220”;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “£108” there shall be substituted “£110”;

(d) in sub-paragraph (d), for “£108” there shall be substituted “£110”; and

(e) in sub-paragraph (e), for “£54” there shall be substituted “£55”.
