Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Amendment Order 1988 and shall come into force on 21st March 1988.

Section 2
The entry in column 2 of the Schedule to the Valuation Timetable (Scotland) Order 1984 relating to the last date for the disposal by a valuation appeal committee of appeals and complaints mentioned in column 1 of that Schedule shall be amended by substituting for the words “31st March in the second year following the year in which the valuation roll comes into force” the words “31st December 1988”.
