Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

Section 2

The Public Service Vehicles (Conditions of Fitness, Equipment, Use and Certification) Regulations 1981 are hereby amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In the regulations specified in column 1 of the Table below for the words specified in column 2 of that Table there shall be substituted the words specified in column 3 of the Table.

Section 4

At the end of regulation 57 there shall be added the following paragraph—

(5) the prescribed fee for the issue of a copy of a certificate under this regulation is £7.50
