Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) ( No. 2) Order 1988, shall extend to Scotland only and shall come into force on 5th April 1988.

The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) (No.2) Order 1988
Section 2
The provisions of section 48 of the Gaming Act 1968 specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order (which relate to fees charged in respect of the matters mentioned in column 2 of that Schedule) shall have effect as if, for the references to the sums specified in those provisions (for which the sums mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule were substituted by the Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1987 , there were substituted references to the sums specified in column 4 of that Schedule.
Section 3
The Gaming Act (Variation of Fees) (Scotland) Order 1987 is revoked.
