Section 1

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcast Licence Charges and Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

(2) The Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcast Licence Charges and Exemption) (Amendment) Regulations 1985 are hereby revoked.

Section 2

Schedules 3 and 4 to the Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcast Licence Charges and Exemption) Regulations 1984 shall be amended as follows—
(a) for “£18” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£21”; and
(b) for “£58” in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “£62.50” .
