Section 1
These Regulations may be cited at the Public Service Vehicles (London Local Service Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

Section 2
In regulations 12(1) of the Public Service Vehicles (London Local Services Licences) Regulations 1986( ), for “£50” there shall be substituted “£100”.
