Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 11th April 1988.

The Legal Aid (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1988
Section 2
For regulation 96(g) of the Legal Aid (General) Regulations 1980 , there shall be substituted the following—
(g) supplementary benefit paid under the Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 , family income supplement paid under the Family Income Supplements Act 1970 , and income support and family credit paid under the Social Security Act 1986 ; or
(gg) housing benefit paid under the Social Security Act 1986; or
