The Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 1988

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Mandatory Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 11th April 1988.

Section 2

In Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Education (Mandatory Awards) Regulations 1987 —

(a) at the end of paragraph 1(1)(j) there shall be added the words “, any income support under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986 or any transitional addition, personal expenses addition or special transitional addition payable under Part II of the Income Support (Transitional) Regulations 1987 ;”; and

(b) at the end of paragraph 1(1)(l) there shall be added the words “or any housing benefit under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986;”.

(c) in paragraph 1(1)(r) there shall be substituted for the word “ERAMUS” the word “ERASMUS”.
