Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 5th April 1988.

Section 2

The Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 1987 shall be further amended by replacing in Part V the listed fees set out in column 1 of the Table below by those set out in column 2 of that Table.
