Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the County Court (Records of Proceedings) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 4th April 1988.

Section 2

The County Court (Records of Proceedings) Regulations 1967 shall be amended by adding at the end of Columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule to those Regulations the following words —

(8) A record of proceedings under Part I of the Family Law Act 1986

(a) A note of the transmission of documents to the Court of Session and to the High Court in Northern Ireland.

(b) A note of the particulars of the application to register a custody order, including the name and address of the applicant and of the child.

(c) A note of any order varying or revoking a registered custody order.
