The County Court Fees (Amendment) Order 1988

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the County Court Fees (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 12th April 1988.

Section 2

In Fee 1(ii) in Schedule 1 to the County Court Fees Order 1982 , for the words“(other than an order freeing a child for adoption or an adoption order or where Fee 9 applies)” there shall be substituted the words—

(other than—

(a) an order freeing a child for adoption, or

(b) an adoption order, or

(c) the registration of a custody order in another part of the United Kingdom, or

(d) where Fee 9 applies)

Section 3

After Fee 1(iii) in the said Schedule there shall be inserted, in column 1, the words“(iv) On an application for the registration of a custody order in another part of the United Kingdom” and, in column 2, the words“£10”.
