Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court Fees (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 12th April 1988.

Section 2

After Fee No. 16 (d) in the Schedule to the Supreme Court Fees Order 1980 there shall be inserted the following fees—
(e) On an application to register a judgment under the Merchant Shipping (Liner Conferences) Act 1982
(f) On an application to register an order under the Drug Trafficking Offences Act 1986
(g) On an application to register a custody order under Part I of the Family Law Act 1986
