Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Teachers) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 18th April 1988.

Section 2

In sub-paragraph (a)(ii) of paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 to the Education (Teachers) Regulations 1982 there shall be substituted for the words “is approved” the words “was at the time when the person completed it approved”.
