Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) (Revocation) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st April 1988.

Section 2Revocation of previous Order

The Local Government Act 1985 (Severn-Trent Water Authority Regional Land Drainage Committee) Order 1986 is hereby revoked.
