Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the War Pensions (Chinese Seamen and Indian Seamen) (Revocations) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 11th April 1988.

Section 2Revocation of Schemes relating to Indian and Chinese seamen

The War Pensions (Indian Seamen, etc. ) Scheme 1944 , the War Pensions (Chinese Seamen, etc.) Scheme 1944 and the War Pensions (Indian Seamen, Etc.) (Amendment) Scheme 1963 are hereby revoked.
