Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Parliamentary Commissioner Order 1988 and shall come into force on 21st April 1988.

Section 2

Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 shall be amended by the insertion in the appropriate place of the entry“Scottish Legal Aid Board”.
