Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) Order 1988.
(2) The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) ( No. 2) Order 1987 is revoked.

Section 2
The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1986 is amended by deleting Schedule 1 thereto and substituting therefor the following —
CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25th OCTOBER 1980
