Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for Wales (Welsh Health Promotion Authority) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 22nd April 1988.

Section 2Designation as body subject to investigation
The Welsh Health Promotion Authority is hereby designated as an authority to which section 109 of the National Health Service Act 1977 (bodies subject to investigation by Health Service Commissioner) applies.
