Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Dutch Elm Disease (Restriction on Movement of Elms) (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st May 1988.

Section 2Amendment of the Dutch Elm Disease (Restriction on Movement of Elms) Order 1984
The Dutch Elm Disease (Restriction on Movement of Elms) Order 1984 shall be amended by substituting for the Schedule to that Order (areas into and within which the movement of elm with bark is restricted) the Schedule to this Order.
