Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Exchequer Causes) 1988 and shall come into force on 2nd May 1988.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Lord Ordinary in Exchequer Causes

From the date this Act of Sederunt comes into force, the Lord Ordinary in Exchequer Causes under section 2 of the Exchequer Court (Scotland) Act 1856( ) shall be the Honourable Lord Coulsfield.
