Section 1
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 11th April 1988.
(2) In these Regulations “ the Act ” means the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986.

The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1988
Section 2
For the yearly sum of £5,585 specified in section 15(1) of the Act( ), there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £5,765.
Section 3
For the sum of £4,850 specified in section 15(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the sum of £5,000.
Section 4
For the yearly sum of £2,325 specified in section 17(2)(a) of the Act, there is hereby substituted the yearly sum of £2,400.
Section 5
The Civil Legal Aid (Financial Conditions) (Scotland) Regulations 1987( ) are hereby revoked.
