Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 10th February 1988.

Section 2Application fees
(1) In regulation 2(2) of the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Supervising Engineers Panel) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1984 (fee for appointment to the Supervising Engineers Panel), for “£95” substitute “£120”.
(2) In regulation 2(2) of the Reservoirs Act 1975 (All Reservoirs Panel) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1985 and regulation 3(2) of the Reservoirs Act 1975 (Non-Impounding and Service Reservoirs Panels) (Applications and Fees) Regulations 1985 (fees for appointment to the All Reservoirs Panel and to the Non-Impounding and Service Reservoirs Panels), for “£130” substitute “£155”.
Section 3Revocation
The Reservoirs Act 1975 (Application Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 are hereby revoked.
