The Free Zone (Amendment) Regulations 1988

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Free Zone (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 10th May 1988.

Section 2

The Free Zone Regulations 1984 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.

Section 3

In regulation 6 —

(a) in paragraph (1), for the words “the relevant period” there shall be substituted the words “such time as the Commissioners may direct”;

(b) paragraph (2) shall be omitted.

Section 4

Regulation 26 shall be omitted.
