Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Compensation for Restrictions on Mineral Working) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.

Section 2Increased multiplier for compensation

In paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning (Compensation for Restrictions on Mineral Working) Regulations 1985 for the figure “0.0108225” there shall be substituted “0.0428339”.
