This Order may be cited as the South West Water Authority (River Lew Discharge) Order 1988 and shall come into force on the 29th April 1988.

Section 2
The South West Water Authority may for the purpose of augmenting the flow of the River Lew discharge water from the Roadford Reservoir into the River Lew at a discharge point between National Grid References SX 505968 and SX 508973 at a rate not exceeding 81,500 cubic metres per day.
