Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st June 1988.

Section 2 Amendments

In regulation 26(1) of the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1974( ) (statement of dental remuneration)-(a) in column 1 (Determination) below the number “ IV ” there shall be inserted the number “IVA” ; and

(b) in column 2 (Subject matter of determination), there shall be inserted, so as to relate to determination IVA, the words “Allowances to dentists with respect to their training of recently registered dentists;” .
