Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Matrimonial Causes Fees (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st June 1988.

The Matrimonial Causes Fees (Amendment) Order 1988
Section 2
Article 4 of the Matrimonial Causes Fees Order 1980 shall be amended by substituting, for the words from“(b) a supplementary pension” to“the Family Income Supplements Act 1970,” the words“(b) income support or family credit under Part II of the Social Security Act 1986 ,”.
