Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Conduct of Investment Business) Rules Approval Order 1988 and shall come into force on 21st June 1988.

Section 2
The Insurance Brokers Registration Council (Conduct of Investment Business) Rules 1988 made on 24th May 1988 by the Insurance Brokers Registration Council in exercise of their powers under section 11 of the 1977 Act and paragraph 6(1), (2) and (3) of Schedule 15 to the Financial Services Act 1986 are hereby approved.
