Section 1Citation and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1988.
(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988.

Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 (Commencement) Order 1988
Section 2Commencement of provisions
The date specified for the purposes of paragraph 1 of Schedule 7 to the Act is 6th June 1988.
Section 3Commencement of provisions
Sections 18, 19 and 21 (except so far as it gives effect paragraphs 1, 3, 5, 11 and 21 of Schedule 6) of the Act shall come into force on 6th June 1988.
Section 4Commencement of provisions
Sections 13, 20, 22 and all other provisions of the Act not then in force shall come into force on 1st April 1989.
