Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Drivers' Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 27th June 1988.

Section 2

Regulation 10 (Fees for tests and the provision of facilities) of the Public Service Vehicles (Drivers' Licences) Regulations 1985 shall be amended—

(a) in paragraph (2) by the substitution for “£40” of “£42”, and

(b) in paragraph (3)(c) by the substitution for the word “three” of the word “ten”.

Section 3

Regulation 2(b) of these Regulations shall not apply in respect of the cancellation of an appointment made before 27th June 1988.
