Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Restriction on Movement of Spruce Wood (Amendment) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 28th June 1988.

Section 2Amendment of the Restriction on Movement of Spruce Wood Order 1982
The Restriction on Movement of Spruce Wood Order 1982 shall be further amended by substituting for the Schedule thereto (areas in respect of which the movement of spruce wood is restricted) the following Schedule—
AREAS IN RESPECT OF WHICH THE MOVEMENT OF SPRUCE WOOD IS RESTRICTED

Section 3Revocation
The Restriction on Movement of Spruce Wood (Amendment) Order 1986 is hereby revoked.
