Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the Commissioners for Oaths (Fees) (No. 2) Order 1988 and shall come into force on 1st July 1988.

(2) In this Order“commissioners for oaths” includes a solicitor exercising the powers of a commissioner for oaths under section 81 of the Solicitors Act 1974.

Section 2

The following fees (inclusive of value added tax where payable) shall be charged by commissioners for oaths:—

The Commissioners for Oaths (Fees) Order 1988 is hereby revoked, save as to any fee due or payable before the coming into force of this Order.
