Section 1
These Rules may be cited as the Matrimonial Causes (Costs) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1989 and shall come into force on 10th July 1989.

The Matrimonial Causes (Costs) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 1989
Section 2
After rule 1(2) of the Matrimonial Causes (Costs) (Amendment) Rules 1989 , there shall be inserted the following new paragraph–
(3) These Rules shall apply for the taxation of the costs of work done on or after 1st April 1989.
