The Road Traffic Act 1988 (Appointed Day for Section 15) Order 1989
Section 2
The 21st June 1989 is the day appointed for the purposes of Schedule 5 to the Road Traffic (Consequential Provisions) Act 1988 in its application to the following provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1988 , namely –
(a) section 15(3) so far as it relates to the power to make regulations,
(b) sections 15(5) and (6) and 195(3) and (4).
