Section 1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Boston Fishery Orders (Continuation) Order 1989 and shall come into force on 4th June 1990.

Section 2 Extension of Orders

The Boston Deeps Fishery Order 1870 (as amended by the Boston Fishery Order 1897 , and the Boston Fishery Order 1902 , both extended by the Boston Fishery Order 1930 , shall continue in force beyond 4th June 1990, being the date on which they would otherwise expire, until 12th July 1992.
