Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Students' Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st August 1989.

Section 2

Regulation 2(6)(ii) of the Students' Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 1987 is hereby amended by substituting, for the figure “3” , the figure “2” .
