Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Education Authority Bursaries (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 1st August 1989.

Section 2
Regulation 2(6)(ii) of the Education Authority Bursaries (Scotland) Regulations 1988 is hereby amended by substituting, for the figure “3”, the figure “2”.
